We want to go beyond the purely functional aspects by helping cities and their citizens to connect on an emotional level. In this way we are helping cities across the world to focus on issues including color, heritage, transport, sport, education, and sustainability.
AkzoNobel serves four significant end-user segments. For Buildings & Infrastructure we supply products for construction, decoration, protection, renovation and maintenance, including iconic structures such as World Cup and Olympic arenas. In terms of Transportation our coatings and chemicals provide protection and aesthetics for leading automotive brands and countless airplanes, ships and trains. We are also integral to parts manufacturing and assembly.
