In 2016 we started our Global Business Services (GBS) organization with the aim of supporting our 45,000 employees with supportive activities such as HR, Finance and IT services. GBS delivers services globally through 3 regions and 9 regional shared service centers, employing about 2,000 employees. Within GBS, our global continuous improvement team is looking for a Learning Experience Graduate to join our team. The right candidate is someone interested in co-creating blended learning programs, combining various ways to interact with our people to help build and embed the continuous improvement skills within Global Business Services.
