In 2016 we started our Global Business Services (GBS) organization with the aim of supporting our 45,000 employees with supportive activities such as HR, Finance and IT services. GBS delivers services globally through 3 regions and 9 regional shared service centers, employing about 2,000 employees. GBS is embracing continuous improvement as the heart of improving the overall performance of our employees, businesses and functions. A continuous improvement mindset is essential to our staff and training is an integrated element in building such mindset.

Within GBS, our global continuous improvement team is looking for a Learning Experience Graduate to join our team. The right candidate is someone interested in co-creating blended learning programs, combining various ways to interact with our people to help build and embed the continuous improvement skills within Global Business Services.


  • Work closely with the central CI team on the setup, design and roll-out of the learning curriculum;
  • Design and create learning paths for the different audiences on the topic of continuous improvement;
  • Support the design of learning materials and e-learning to capture the essence of continuous improvement and enabling our GBS staff to apply the tools and methods in their role and team;
  • Play an active role in piloting the program and collecting feedback from our first participants to improve the way in which we roll-out this program;
  • Design and establish the process to track participant progress and support effective completion of the personal learning journey.

Wij zoeken

  • The successful candidate must be enrolled in a university or college (Bachelor or Master) in the fields of Learning and Development within the Netherlands;
  • Demonstrates initiative, a natural curiosity and capability to be in charge of a project;
  • Comfortable with interacting at different levels of our organization;
  • Proficiency in designing and creating e-learnings (e.g. Articulate);
  • Educational background in (adult) learning & development;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in an international environment;
  • Has a high level of autonomy but likes to work in a team, furthermore able to work in a structured and non-structured environment.

  • The role is based in Amsterdam/Sassenheim and will begin immediately and will be for 5-6 months in duration;
